The new TeamTrack is not a radical change. The interface is familiar, with some new features to explore. The biggest changes are behind the scenes: we've worked hard for months to provide a faster, more secure and stronger foundation for all our users. Some of our biggest companies are already on the new system.
What You'll Notice
Faster Event Planner. An updated, faster Event Planner helps you work through events, roles and shifts more smoothly, with quicker searching in larger people lists.
More Grid Choices. New Infinite Scroll and Flow views join your familiar Day, Week, Month, Event and Matrix views. Infinite Scroll adds continuous scrolling and a rotated layout option.
Clearer Staffing Decisions. See more useful availability and clash information when choosing people. Check the affected shifts and dates to help find the right person for the job.
A Choice of Light or Dark. Switch between light mode and dark mode across the grid and dashboard. The darker background offers an alternative for working in lower light.
A New Mobile Experience. A new mobile calendar view, responsive Infinite Scroll and panels designed for mobile make the grid much easier to use on smaller screens.
Feedback from the Grid. Report a bug or suggest an improvement directly from the grid. Share feedback while you're working, without leaving your planning screen.
The views, controls and features you see depend on your company setup, enabled modules and access permissions.

For the new version of TeamTrack, we've focussed on speed, security and a stronger foundation for your day-to-day work.
Responsive Scaling. More responsive scaling at busy times helps keep TeamTrack fast as more people work at once.
Quicker Recovery. More flexible infrastructure supports quicker recovery from cloud outages, building on lessons from recent Google issues.
Ongoing Security. Regular external penetration testing, mandatory two-factor authentication and the option to log out of other sessions.
Make Sure We're Updating the Right People
You can now assign team members as billing and administration contacts for your account in the Company Information section of General Settings. These people will receive further updates like this and information about your subscription and changes to the system. Please make sure the correct people are assigned as soon as possible.

Try the new system with your own company data before you switch:

Replace [yourcompany] with your usual company subdomain. The .cloud preview is available only until migration is complete. After migration, continue using your usual teamtrack.uk address.
