- Changed Timecard reports and exports now resolve edited, clocked, and scheduled times more consistently, merge split clock sessions without double-counting, retain approval state, handle overnight and unset-midnight values, and apply callout, lunch, minimum-hours, and overtime rules more accurately.
- Fixed Timecard edits update planner times only when the linked integration permits it, preventing Current RMS or HireHop-managed timings from being overwritten while still allowing ordinary TeamTrack shifts to update normally.
- Changed Payroll totals now use the hours and overtime actually shown in the report. Holiday-conversion defaults use the employee's full available balance and configured conversion step, while per-diem totals handle formatted numeric values and newly added rows more reliably.
- Changed HireHop crew purchase orders now reuse an existing PO for the person, create or update the required line for each linked shift, account for same-day minimum hours, retain individual PO-line identifiers, and expose failures without discarding successful work.
- Added HireHop crew PO information can be viewed from Cost Control with line descriptions, status, ex-VAT, VAT, and total values, making it easier to reconcile TeamTrack staffing costs with HireHop.
- Fixed HireHop job-status webhooks accept both the original and newer payload formats, so linked event statuses continue to update and eligible jobs can still be imported automatically.
- Added Month-view accommodation markers show both confirmed bookings and future shifts that still require accommodation. Hover details include the event, hotel, booking reference, stay dates, notes, venue, and addresses.
- Added Event-planner venue addresses can be viewed from shift-level venue hovers and copied directly, reducing the need to open venue records to retrieve location details.
- Added The timecard export identifies shifts edited after their previous export and can filter to those records only.
- Added A first/last-date-only option for HireTrack imports were also added for supported workflows.
- Changed SelectHR imports now map the Division field to the TeamTrack department, display the source division during review, and use the employee start date. Freelancer VAT numbers also retain their full stored format instead of being forced to integers.
- Fixed Event timelines, contract-type permissions, duplicate event-reference matching, and customer-specific report labels and access checks were corrected.
