Updated 11 October 2026 Product update
- Added: HiBob Integration Settings now includes a permission-protected Sync HiBob Now action. The result shows added, updated, cancelled, and removed absences, identifies each affected employee and date range, reports unmapped employees, and confirms any duplicate holiday rows removed.
- Changed: HiBob synchronisation now prevents overlapping runs for the same company, saves each absence replacement safely, and advances its last-checked point only after all changes have been stored. Invalid provider responses and database failures can therefore be retried without silently skipping changes.
- Added: OnRent Events administrators can search for an opportunity and open a read-only preview of its account, identifiers, status, client, venue, project, owner, dates, items, and full source details without creating or changing a TeamTrack event.
- Changed: OnRent Events manual imports can use any active configured account under the normal event-import permission without also requiring integration-administration access. The import identifies the selected account, supports switching systems, ignores stale search results, and keeps the account selected throughout the import.
- Changed: Creating or updating an additional OnRent Events account now enables multi-account operation automatically. People and vehicles linked through those accounts are recognised throughout TeamTrack, incomplete accounts are not treated as active, and Info Panel settings are stored and opened against the selected account.
- Added: Right To Work settings now support multiple notification contacts through a searchable TeamTrack selector. Each contact receives their own daily summary of follow-ups, bookings, and checks needing attention, while per-recipient delivery tracking prevents a retry from resending summaries already delivered.
- Added: TimeCard settings can now control whether approving exported clock times updates the Event Planner grid. Turning this off records the approval and preserves the original planned shift times for both team members and freelancers.
- Fixed: Standalone freelancer clock records can now be approved without creating or changing a grid shift, appear in the approved results, and return correctly when approval is undone.
- Fixed: BrightHR Holiday absences now retain every provider date. The UK weekend and bank-holiday setting keeps those dates in their mapped holiday type when off, or imports them as Not Available when on; changing the setting updates the existing linked records on the next sync.
- Fixed: BrightHR timed lieu now imports when a linked team member has an entirely blank working-hours pattern, retaining the provider's timed duration. Mandatory Leave dates on weekends and bank holidays appear as non-working days without reducing leave or lieu balances, and source absences that still produce no days show a warning.
- Fixed: The team planner now recognises the stored approval flag on BrightHR-imported absences and labels their approval BHR, so approved source leave no longer appears as TBC. No TeamTrack approver is invented.
- Fixed: Booking & Confirmation now includes only dated shifts with usable scheduled times while still accepting a genuine midnight start. Selecting a person selects all of their eligible shifts, and confirmation status markers update only for successfully sent people and shifts with the correct provisional or confirmed wording.
- Fixed: Event QR links now open correctly when an event name contains encoded slashes, spaces, punctuation, or other URL-sensitive characters, and the decoded name is displayed safely on the QR page.
- Fixed: Existing UTF-8 text is now preserved instead of being re-encoded as legacy text across booking and general emails, event and order searches, expenses, mileage, costing output, timecard approval, and CDM documents. Accented characters and Unicode punctuation therefore remain readable.
- Fixed: Grid redraws now cancel an older in-flight request when the date, view, or filters change, so a late response can no longer replace the newest grid with stale results.
- Changed: Availability tooltips show availability-specific notes in a dedicated Availability Notes section beneath the shift time, keeping them separate from general event notes.
- Fixed: Flight and train times selected or normalised in the Travel panel now trigger the save workflow reliably, including values committed by the time picker or when leaving the field.
- Fixed: Event Planner and Pre-Production day-reference and shift-status selectors now consume their responses consistently and display returned names safely, preventing valid selector lists from failing to open.
- Fixed: Event Planner's preferred-person selector no longer stops building its list when a candidate has no filter information, so the remaining team members and freelancers stay available for selection.
