- Changed: Booking & Confirmation can bring an OnRent Events-only crew assignment into an open TeamTrack slot, or create the mapped role and assignment when needed. Staffing totals are refreshed afterwards.
- Fixed: TeamTrack waits to send OnRent Events confirmations while an opportunity is Provisional or Allocated. Confirmations are retried when it moves to Reserved or Order.
- Fixed: Editing a freelancer preserves address and other restricted details when those fields are hidden or were not submitted; clearing a field you can edit still works.
- Fixed: Event Planner now checks confirmation against the selected role and scheduling group, so a person confirmed elsewhere on the same day is not shown as confirmed for the wrong assignment.
- Fixed: YouManage employee mapping list now shows all records correctly.
- Fixed: Production documents show the Event Information heading only when a permitted food, accommodation or dress detail contains visible content.
- Changed: New event file folders are visible to freelancers by default where that access is intended. Deleting the selected folder returns the file panel to its root.
- Changed: People and availability searches can match a person’s filter or group labels as well as their name.
- Fixed: Event Planner only loads Project ID when the Projects module is enabled. Microsoft 365 links remain available independently.
- Fixed: Event expense, mileage and People Costing exports handle file names and spreadsheet dates more reliably.
