- Changed HireHop crew purchase orders can consolidate a person's shifts for the same role into one role-level line, calculate the combined cost, remove redundant shift lines, and refresh existing purchase orders when confirmation details change.
- Added Per diems, travel contributions, and miscellaneous expenses can be included in HireHop crew purchase orders. Cost Control shows when data has changed and can resynchronise one person or all affected people while preserving successful updates and reporting individual failures.
- Changed OnRent Events event imports now resolve manually entered opportunity destinations against existing TeamTrack venues, use geocoding to normalise incomplete addresses, and create a new venue only when a confident match cannot be found.
- Added Venues can hold multiple named contacts with phone and email details. Relevant contacts can be selected per event, retained when an event is cloned, and included in crew spreadsheets, Word exports, and production documents.
- Changed Event Planner separates long schedules into collapsible month sections and provides a collapse-all control, making multi-month roles and vehicle schedules easier to navigate without changing the underlying shift order.
- Changed Roles can be converted from individual People scheduling to Group Scheduling with shared shift references, validation after saving, and a clear audit-log entry. The planner also avoids incorrectly splitting a valid group schedule back into separate people.
- Changed Availability requests in Event Planner can be searched, sorted by supported columns, and reviewed with clearer single- or multi-range date labels.
- Changed Hired vehicles now appear consistently in scheduling matrices, including their hire registration. Vehicle rows are ordered predictably by optional group name, scheduling group, vehicle type, registration, and assignment state.
- Changed People searches and selectors across event planning, crewing, travel, pre-production, availability, timesheets, drivers, and integrations now search the same configured display name that users see, including preferred freelancer names and compound surnames.
- Added Mobile App settings can enable the Projects module and configure People on Other Events separately for team members and freelancers, including the same-project or same-venue filters, returned person types, and whether phone or email details are shown.
- Fixed Timecard reports now keep genuinely continuous event and working shifts together, while separated second shifts appear as distinct rows and contribute their correct scheduled or clocked hours.
- Fixed Approval-controlled Timecard exports now display and include the appropriate approved first or second shift, while retaining the intended exemptions for users who do not require approval.
- Fixed Automatic overtime handles partial-hour, half-day, and full-day leave or time-off durations without applying lunch or day fractions twice, and its report is shown only when a valid overtime configuration exists.
- Changed ClickSend setup supports dedicated numbers, approved own numbers, the shared-number pool, and registered Alpha Tags, while enabling reply automation only for sender types that can receive replies. Booking SMS messages can optionally include an assigned purchase-order number.
- Added ClickSend can send a configurable response to unmatched inbound messages and email the original requester when an SMS updates availability or accepts or declines a booking. Corrected replies are matched back to the actionable request without being confused by an earlier automatic response.
- Changed Accommodation planning now warns when the same person has multiple hotels booked for an event instead of presenting the bookings as a single unqualified accommodation marker.
- Added Supported production documents can include each assigned person's vehicle registration, making transport details available alongside the crew schedule.
- Changed Administrators can reorder qualifications and, where team-scoped ordering is enabled, reorder only the members in teams they manage. Contract type is also displayed and searchable in the team list.
- Fixed Event creation, event cloning, and order copying now prevent duplicate submissions, omit internal creation tokens from copies, and return a clear error when a new record cannot be created.
