  • Added: Right to Work optional module - Authorised reviewers can record document outcomes, notes, expiry dates, event-specific CAE checks, and internal-staff reviews. New or changed evidence marks an older review as out of date, and supported PDF or image evidence can be previewed without leaving Event Planner.
  • Added: Right to Work optional module - Event Documentation can be searched and filtered by person, role, email, booking confirmation, traffic-light result, stale review, or internal-review state, with an English or Spanish display option retained while the panel refreshes.
  • Added: Right to Work optional module - Reviewers can set an event document deadline, prepare and edit personalised missing-document notices with the recipient's application-form link, send them after the review is confirmed, and see the event's sent-notice history.
  • Added: BrightHR's new Refresh BrightHR Types action discovers distinct absence types across the full employee directory and normal sync window before people are linked, without importing, changing, or withdrawing absence records.
  • Added: Daily Schedule Excel exports can include uncrewed event shifts when selected on the export form, with pink highlighting that matches the Matrix view.
  • Added: A separate View Daily Attendance permission allows current and historical attendance to be viewed without granting permission to edit or approve clock-in and clock-out timings.
  • Changed: A Home Office online check now requires the profile PDF containing the photograph and check date before clearance can be recorded. Share-code collection through an application is limited to Freelancer Form V2.
  • Fixed: Event Planner applies a blocking Right To Work rule before saving a person to a role, removes an attempted allocation from the screen when it is rejected, and shows the reason with a direct route to the Right To Work review.
  • Fixed: BrightHR connection failures now trigger automatic checks every 30 minutes and resume the paused sync after a successful check; temporary saved-secret lookup failures no longer require a manual Test Connection.
  • Fixed: Day-based BrightHR absences now import without relying on a TeamTrack working-hours profile, while weekends and bank holidays remain excluded.
  • Fixed: Accommodation names, addresses, postcodes, phone numbers, and notes now save reliably while typing or pasting, including edits made while an earlier save is still in progress. Custom accommodation remains editable when no preset is linked, and older lookup responses can no longer overwrite a newer selection.
  • Fixed: Splitting a working or warehouse shift keeps its existing OnRent Events activity link where appropriate, so later name changes update the linked activity instead of creating a duplicate.
  • Fixed: HireHop contact updates process each selected person once, preventing repeated creation of the same team member or freelancer while retaining the intended one-to-one external link.
  • Added: A configured Event Crewing Excel report can summarise selected job types by event days, team days, and freelancer days, with a second sheet breaking down each person's days across those job types.
  • Changed: Module-setting changes are checked against the current database before cached settings are used, so enabling or disabling a module takes effect across sessions and application processes without waiting for an old cache to expire.
  • Changed: Booking-confirmation delivery warnings now distinguish a user who has disabled or not permitted TeamTrack App push notifications from a temporary notification-service outage.
