- Added: Booking & Confirmation compares live OnRent Events crew assignments and confirmation states with TeamTrack. It highlights missing or mismatched people and roles and offers safe pull or push repairs where available.
- Added: Event Planner can run a full OnRent Events re-sync for a linked event, showing progress and the resulting changes.
- Changed: OnRent Events updates reconcile people and vehicle assignments against the current external booking, including removals, instead of leaving outdated assignments behind.
- Fixed: Queued OnRent Events changes check that the assignment still exists and that the change is still needed before applying it.
- Changed: Final OnRent Events sync successes and failures appear in the event Change Log. Intermediate attempts remain in Attempt History.
- Fixed: Confirmations held while an OnRent Events opportunity is Provisional are retried when it moves to Reserved or Order, without repeating a completed or cancelled confirmation.
- Changed: OnRent Events import rules can exclude opportunities with a designated outstanding-items marker or from an excluded store.
- Added: YouManage integration settings let authorised users test the connection, map employees and absence types, and run an absence sync.
- Added: YouManage absences can update TeamTrack non-working days. A log shows the affected person, dates, action and processing status, with restricted replay controls for support staff.
- Fixed: Non-working-day allowance checks consistently account for holiday years, start dates, carried-forward days and partial days when leave is added or approved.
- Changed: Qualification warnings begin 60 days before expiry. Team and freelancer pages identify relevant upcoming and expired qualifications where you have permission to view them.
