Updated 23 August 2026 Product update
- Added: OnRent Events account management supports multiple named connections. Administrators can test, rename and activate each connection independently.
- Added: Where multiple OnRent Events accounts are enabled, event import starts with an account choice. Imported events remain linked to the account they came from.
- Added: Mapping screens can connect OnRent Events services, transport services, people, vehicles and stores to the corresponding TeamTrack records, with suggestions and options to create or ignore unmatched records.
- Changed: Client, contact and venue updates can be linked to a selected OnRent Events account. A nominated source account controls updates to records shared between connections.
- Added: The OnRent Events Sync panel shows outstanding changes, completed attempts, errors and retry times for an event or the company. Authorised users can retry or dismiss failed work.
- Changed: OnRent Events changes are sent promptly, and temporary failures are retained for another attempt. Paused accounts keep their outstanding changes until reactivated.
- Fixed: Booking confirmations for linked OnRent Events assignments keep multi-day shifts together and avoid repeating confirmations that are already complete or no longer current.
- Fixed: OnRent Events mapping screens now load larger record sets and show failed requests instead of silently changing the connection state.
- Changed: Eligible signed-in or assigned team members can open OnRent information panels for their events.
- Fixed: HireTrack NX imports handle unassigned crew rows and UK or US date and time formats while retaining the times of multi-day schedules.
- Fixed: Booking-offer app notifications identify the specific offer so an individual-day or partial response opens the correct booking.
- Fixed: Production documents include email addresses alongside phone numbers when the selected contact display options request them.
- Fixed: Accommodation edits reject invalid dates and unusually long stays, while changes to a booking affect only the relevant group.
