- Added: BrightHR employees can be reviewed and linked one-to-one with TeamTrack team members, with email-based match suggestions, queued saves, unlinking, and confirmation before ownership of an imported absence is changed.
- Added: BrightHR absence categories can be mapped to TeamTrack non-working-day types, with multiple BrightHR labels allowed to share a TeamTrack type and an Ignore option that withdraws previously imported records on a subsequent complete sync.
- Added: Approved BrightHR absences import as full days, half days, timed absences, or open-ended records while respecting rotating working patterns, bank holidays, and whether the source allowance is measured in days or hours.

- Fixed: BrightHR records are withdrawn only after two separate complete scheduled checks confirm that they are missing, at least one hour apart. Manual pulls, incomplete responses, unmapped types, and temporary API gaps no longer remove valid leave, while a reappearing absence restores the same TeamTrack record.
- Changed: BrightHR-imported absences remain read-only and source-managed after unlinking or disconnecting the integration. Sensitive source notes and medical details are discarded before storage or logging.
- Added: Team Holiday Accrual can calculate and process each month in sequence from a configured starting point, recording standard, worked, additional, accrued, and carried-forward hours or days for each person.
- Added: Holiday Accrual supports Holiday or Pay preferences and carries an hours deficit forward until it has been worked back. A current-month deficit can be waived independently without accidentally erasing older carried-forward debt.
- Fixed: Holiday Accrual and TimeCard totals now align across employment start and end dates, part months, monthly or weekly working patterns, bank holidays, holiday credits, rounding, and additional-hours calculations.
- Fixed: TimeCard calculates period totals across the complete reporting period, so a missed expected shift on one day no longer cancels genuine overtime worked on another day. Shift swaps, holiday days, and public holidays are handled without producing negative daily overtime.
- Changed: Clock-only TimeCard reports highlight scheduled shifts that have no clock records without inventing worked hours, exclude unavailability from expected work, and stop reporting outside the person's employment dates.
- Changed: TimeCard reports now show additional hours earned and any brought-forward hours deficit used by Holiday Accrual, making the relationship between worked time and accrual adjustments visible.
- Fixed: Incomplete Microsoft Graph responses no longer trigger calendar cleanup. Pagination, foreign or repeated next-page links, oversized calendars, request timeouts, and per-user failures are bounded so one problem account cannot block the remaining calendar jobs.

- Fixed: Provisional or unreleased freelancer calendar entries hide sensitive operational details, while declined or cancelled assignments are omitted and confirmed entries retain the appropriate information.
- Added: HireHop purchase-order settings can choose separate daily lines or combined role lines, create a new PO or reuse an eligible unapproved PO, select the resulting PO status, and control whether per diems are included.
- Fixed: HireHop PO updates preserve approved or multiple purchase orders, save each role only once, keep the correct dates and destinations, and retain accurate totals when switching between daily and combined-line modes.
- Changed: Safe HireHop event-detail updates can run through a durable background queue with browser progress reporting and automatic retry. Assignment, purchase-order, creation, and deletion changes remain immediate, and the browser falls back safely if the worker is unavailable.
- Fixed: OnRent Events grouped-service reconciliation now compares staffing quantities for each date instead of averaging across the whole group. It adds or removes only the missing or excess slots for that day, preserves assigned people, and clearly flags unavoidable overstaffing.
- Fixed: OnRent Events activities are completed after the associated shift has finished, including overnight and second shifts. Completed or locked external activities are treated as final instead of entering a retry loop that cannot succeed.
- Changed: Manual OnRent Events client, contact, and venue synchronisation now processes one record per bounded request, preserves ordering, stops on an uncertain result, and reports how many records were definitely saved before a timeout or connection failure.
- Changed: Booking & Confirmation batches repeated people lookups, checks Xero connection state without a live token refresh, and loads crew-sheet images only when requested through a short-lived signed link, reducing panel load time.
