- Added ClickSend SMS integration for availability requests and booking offers, including account and sender-number setup, secure response links, optional YES/NO reply codes, inbound reply processing, rate limiting, and searchable inbound and outbound message logs.
- Changed Booking confirmations can now be sent by any available combination of app notification, email, and SMS. Recipient consent, phone numbers, international dialling codes, registered app devices, and email availability are checked before sending, with delivery totals and clear warnings returned to the sender.
- Added An individual-day booking confirmation workflow allows recipients to accept or reject each selected shift separately. Accepted days continue through connected scheduling systems, while rejected days are archived or returned to the planner for reallocation and are itemised in the response notification.
- Changed The audit log now provides clearer booking-confirmation methods and day/role details, records manual confirmation and cancellation actions, captures removed-role details, and preserves the people, vehicles, dates, times, costs, and source information associated with deleted events.
- Changed Current RMS contact synchronisation now uses the correct membership filter, shows contacts already linked to TeamTrack records, provides more precise linked/unlinked filters, and prevents bulk import from duplicating existing links. Loading states were also added to stop repeated sync requests.
- Changed Supported Current RMS event-planner reconciliation now runs in the background and reports its status after the planner opens, reducing the time users wait for linked allocations to be checked.
- Added Day-based overtime requests are now supported in configured workflows alongside hourly overtime, with the selected unit carried through request forms, event timings, visitor views, app views, and approval emails.
- Fixed Daily Attendance now includes valid leave that does not require approval when the company's leave-approval setting is disabled. Cancellation status tooltips and contract-type editor permission checks were also corrected.
