Updated 18 October 2026 Product update
- Changed: The Financial Overview panel now presents quoted income, discounts, HireHop purchase orders, TeamTrack crew, vehicle and fuel costs, and anticipated contribution in a clearer responsive summary. Connected accounting figures remain available alongside the anticipated result, and missing TeamTrack cost defaults produce a warning instead of silently implying a complete total.
- Added: In the Financial Overview panel, events linked to a HireHop project now include a project-and-job financial rollup showing each active job's quoted income, purchase orders, matched TeamTrack direct cost, and net total, together with project and overall totals.
- Changed: In the Financial Overview panel, the project rollup matches TeamTrack events through exact HireHop references or linked IDs, excludes inactive HireHop jobs, keeps project-level shared costs separate, and identifies missing, shared, unallocated, or unavailable direct costs instead of treating every absent value as zero.
- Added: In the Financial Overview panel, the current event's selected HireHop supplying list can be expanded into before-discount, discount, and income lines. Linked project costs also show purchase orders on individual jobs separately from shared project purchase orders, while a TeamTrack shift summary distinguishes internal and freelancer bookings.
- Changed: The Financial Overview panel caches successful HireHop lookups for 15 minutes per company, credentials, and event to reduce repeated provider requests. Refreshing or clearing the view reloads only that event's data, failed responses are not retained as successful results, and brief rate-limit responses prevent immediate repeat calls.
- Added: Non-Working Day settings - admin users can create new absence types and rename or delete types that are neither fixed nor used before. Names are validated, duplicates are rejected, and last-moment record checks prevent a type being changed after it has entered use.
- Changed: Non-working day type actions now use larger dedicated edit and delete icons, a confirmation dialog, and a focused rename prompt. The standard Lieu type is restored as fixed across existing company databases so it cannot be renamed or deleted accidentally.
- Fixed: Right To Work invitations remain as Email Unconfirmed until the email provider confirms delivery. A failed send keeps the same secure invitation available for retry, legacy unsent invitations are corrected, and the check is marked requested only after a successful send.
- Changed: Right To Work daily summaries are sent from a verified company domain. Successful recipients are recorded individually, and a failed delivery can retry without duplicating summaries already sent that day.
- Changed: Right To Work notification contacts and Checked By choices now omit ended, hidden, and banned team members. Checker eligibility is revalidated when a decision is saved, and scheduled summaries recheck that a saved recipient's employment has not ended before sending.
- Changed: Microsoft 365 destination, naming, and calendar-sync settings are shown only after Microsoft Graph verifies the connected account. Rejected or expired credentials are cleared instead of treating unverified token claims as an active connection.
- Fixed: HireHop manual imports and webhook updates now accept timestamps with omitted seconds, normal seconds, ISO separators, or the extra legacy seconds segment. Job, venue, crew, vehicle, and configured extra timings therefore remain consistent instead of gaining an invalid suffix or failing to import.
- Fixed: A configured CDM workflow renders very large risk-assessment sections as several smaller PDFs and merges them into the final document, reducing generation time without changing the visible category order or document layout.
- Fixed: Booking confirmations calculate overnight freelancer rates from the original database times, preserving minimum-hours, tiered, and multi-day rates in both the email and saved confirmed amount.
- Changed: Mileage and expense approval choices no longer offer team members whose employment has ended, whether the approvers came from a person's own configuration or the company defaults.
- Fixed: Send Request distance filtering ignores deleted venue records when resolving a postcode, preventing an obsolete venue's coordinates from influencing the people list.
